Heed the Omen

Haven't seen the movie yet, but it got me thinking about June 6th. Where was I? Test driving a big ass Ram truck while pulling a trailer into Death Valley. Before radio reception cut out, Godsmack's "Voodoo" was blasting.

I was driving on Daylight Pass, and there was a coyote standing on the left edge of the road, eating some roadkill. He looked at me, then trotted off with a rabbit (?) in his mouth. Earlier in the day, the odometer read 6666 as I left Las Vegas. Wish I had brought a camera.
