Creak
Lately I've noticed my right knee creaked before I sit to poop (TMI, I know). Well, low and behold, an epiphany came to me and I decided to raise the saddles on all of my bikes. Hmmm - knees felt better. Raise the saddles more. Even better! What astounds me is I raised them 3/4". Are my legs more bendy? Is my gut smaller? I haven't lost an appreciable amount of weight. I'm confused.
